Who We Are

When LuminArts first opened its doors in a warehouse in the then undeveloped Powell and Hollis Street area of Emeryville, California, the area was populated by steel plants and artists lofts. We worked in that space for nearly 15 years providing services to a broad range of clients from IDG Books to The North Face.

These days we are located in the Santa Cruz mountains. The natural beauty that surrounds us every day is an unending source of inspiration. The breathtaking beaches of the coast north of Santa Cruz, the colors of the manzanita and the form and texture of the madrone in the nature reserve — all energize and influence our designs. We use this inspiration to create compelling designs that best represent our clients.
